Most motorized screen and solar screen projects install in one day. Patio covers, pergolas and screen rooms typically take 2–5 days on site once materials arrive. We give you a firm schedule at the time of your estimate.
Will you handle HOA approval?
Yes. We design to HOA guidelines and provide the drawings, specs and material details your association needs for submittal. We’ve worked with hundreds of Greater Houston HOAs since 2003.
Do you offer financing?

What warranty comes with the work?
Screen rooms carry a 1-year labor warranty and patio covers a 2-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on motors, fabrics and framing.
What materials do you use?
Heavy-duty aluminum framing built for Gulf Coast weather, and premium screen fabrics from Phifer, Twitchell, Mermet and Serge Ferrari. We don’t cut corners on hardware or motors.
How much maintenance is involved?
Very little. Rinse screens and frames with a hose a couple of times a year and keep tracks free of debris. Aluminum framing never needs painting or sealing.
