I was very quickly impressed with the prompt and courteous response of Vanessa, and her patient willingness to address all of my questions and concerns. When Joe came out to meet with me, he took the time to discuss various options available to me. As I described my wants and needs he listened attentively and I felt very confident that I was being heard, and that my vision for my patio area was important to him. The quote I was given was extremely fair and reasonable. His suggestions were insightful and practical. I knew that I had found the right people! Joe and his crew were on time each day and the project proceeded quickly and smoothly, although never once did I feel the job was rushed, or that any corners were being cut. I was treated as if my patio screen was thier primary concern, and they would not be finished until I was completely satisfied. And wow, the finished product was better than I had even envisioned. Joe's professionalism and insight provided a level of design and detail that brought my patio project to life! I made a few changes to my initial plan for my home and they were able to accommodate them without any trouble.
